Horrible place to send a loved one. Lied about being a detox. A true detox monitors their patients and prescribes meds during a patients withdrawals. Sent my daughter there after looking at their website. Don't believe what you read, sounds like a great program but it's a lie.

I spent eight months here. Learned a lot about recovery, addiction and myself. I now have a job and an apt. and a group of sober friends. The therapy was very good and the support was wonderful. Thank you New Horizon.

New Horizon Recovery saved my sons life. He was out of control, in trouble with the courts and could not live with me any more. He stayed at New Horizon for 6 months. They helped with court, his addiction, his troubling behavior. I went to many family therapy sessions. The staff really understood him. They really helped him and me. We now have a pretty good relationship, he avoided jail and has a job. My son was in 2 other rehabs before New Horizon. The other places did not do nearly as much to help him. A smaller environment was a much more positive experience. I tell people all the time that New Horizon is a very good rehab.

A great center that has structure and counselors that helped me get over my addiction. It's a nice house and they made me feel at home when I was there. There are plenty of resources to choose from in order to better your life, such as getting a job to better your future. The food here is great and the people here truly cared about me. I would recommend it anyone looking for serious recovery in a beautiful area by the beach.

New Horizon Recovery is appropriately named. Because of them, their staff, style & immaculate professionalism, I truly have a whole new horizon & lease on life. I am a recalcitrant relapser who has been counseled that I have a particularly malignant, treatment resistant case of addiction who was near death, my friends and family had given up on me, unemployable and now, a short six months later, I am excited about my recovery and the bountiful opportunity life holds in store for me and have New Horizon to thank for this shift in my whole attitude and outlook on life.
